Do we pass this information onto third parties?
No, this is not something that we do. However if we entered into an arrangement of this nature, the option would be yours to proceed. Unless you specifically requested us to pass on your details they would not be passed on. Alternatively you would be given the option to proceed via one of our permission marketing process’s, however you always have the right to refuse.

How do we remove your name from the database?
Under the Employment Agencies Act, The Hub is obliged to hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After 12 months of non usage we will contact you and ask you if you want to keep your details on our database. If you do not indicate that you wish your details to be retained on our database or if we are unable to contact you, we will archive your account.
