In the early days we started out in very specific niche markets working with specific skills. However many of the niche markets have become commodities and are now serviced by the many. We now spend our time in niche sectors working on specific projects. Each niche sector is fairly broad however they only possess a few “Remarkable People” – it is these people that we now work with. They are not dressed in red, you can’t easily pick them out of the crowd, but we can, that is our job.

 

The resource in these sectors tend to be the best, the specialist, those with unique skills, and experience. These people are regularly regarded by their peers as being in the top 2% in their field and generate an aura, a certain something that sets them apart.
