This is an area that we have gained a lot of experience in over the last 10 years. Initially for large-scale contract rollouts for ERP projects and more recently with Venture Capital funded companies, we build and deploy teams into new territories. For those companies looking to build a team for an implementation or rollout, they generally want the team put together quickly; this is something that we have a lot of experience in. In some cases this team needs to be at one location though more frequently they tend to be in multiple locations and countries. Most of these teams tend to be on a contract basis with a clear objective (Go-live). Over the last few years we have also built permanent teams. These tend to grow over a period of time, almost organically. In some instances we have built almost a complete infrastructure. At one client we delivered over 55 people which including the Sales Team for North America, the US Delivery Teams, Client Managers, and Senior Executives. Another example, we built a sales team in the UK from Regional Vice President to Strategic Account Directors as well as the Pre-Sales Consultants for a leading Software Vendor.
