An increasing amount of our business is in the permanent market working with clients on specific engagements either replacing people through natural loss or helping them gear up and expand their existing teams. We use a number of processes to deliver the needed resource for our clients from Executive Search through to Search and Selection. This can be for an individual at almost any level, but is usually for a role that has become critical or is significant. The Hub excels in delivering the right people quickly. However it greatly depends on the brief we are given and how well we know our client, the culture, skills level and the personal attributes that they are looking for in a successful candidate. The more we know, the quicker we can deliver the right people. As one would expect The Hub has a large database gained over the last 10 years. However, the market is ever changing and we need to use every method available to reach the right people. We offer a tailored service for our clients and in some cases operate a full “Headhunting” process, identifying and targeting specific people, while maintaining the utmost discretion at all times. All candidates are screened, filtered and interviewed, and then profiled for final selection. A far more in-depth form of profiling is offered for short-listed candidates using “Whole of Brain Profiling” by a qualified practitioner.
