The Hub has grown up servicing large enterprise companies -  household names, that are looking to expand, grow or have a special project to deliver or even a new initiative. We have been placing people into such companies both on a contract and a permanent basis since our inception, and we have worked across the industry sectors covering many disciplines.

 

Large enterprises generally have a very clear idea of what and who they want. This is often because they have other people doing the same thing and have an established culture and defined skill-set for each role in the organisation. In many cases we work with these companies on an adhoc basis, delivering specialist, senior or hard-to-find people. Often we will be brought in to complement their regular resource partners because the enterprises recognise that we have the specific expertise needed to find the right people. These engagements tend to be for both contract and permanent roles.

 

Within this area we also look after many Consulting Companies who in turn service the enterprise clients. Consulting Companies demand the very best people, those that have a high degree of soft skills as well as technical or functional knowledge, all however are dealt with, with the same passion.
